Description

We are seeking passionate Generalist Occupational Therapists and Mental Health OTs to join our growing team. This role involves working with clients in their homes and communities to enhance their independence, function, and quality of life. You’ll work across a diverse caseload, supporting individuals with disabilities and older adults through assessment and tailored interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess needs and functional capacity, develop and implement recommendations for individuals across the lifespan
2. Provide home and community-based occupational therapy services 
3. Work within the NDIS and aged care sectors, in accordance with practice quality standards and codes of conduct
4. Collaborate with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed
5. Develop high quality reports and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
6. Participate in team meetings, mentoring, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Passion for working in home and community settings
Experience in NDIS and aged care (preferred but not essential)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
