We are currently looking to add an energetic and creative licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist or COTA to join our growing, but well-established clinic. We provide sizeable therapy rooms with a wide range of equipment. We offer a diverse caseload working with children up to 14 years of age. We also offer mentorships in Occupational, and Feeding Therapy. This is a full/part time salaried position. Applicants must be available to work from 9 AM until 6 PM Monday thru Friday ( if work Sat. versus Monday hours are from 9-2:30 pm on Saturday with a shift differential).

Requirements

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and overall function.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance independence and quality of life.
Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
Provide support for patients with disabilities and those requiring early intervention services
