The Role:
We are looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about providing person-centred, evidence-based assessments and intervention for a variety of clients and their families. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, with the level of support you require to ensure you are maximizing your potential to be the most amazing occupational therapist you can be. As a mobile therapist you will have flexible working hours, working from your home and out visiting clients in their homes, schools, place of employment or in the community.

Working from home you will have the flexibility of visiting clients in their homes, schools, place of employment or in the community at times that suit you and ensure an appropriate work/life balance.
Support: Your development and prosperity is our aim. We provide a substantial professional development allowance and mentoring from both internal and external therapists of your choice. We hold monthly team development meetings and an annual staff retreat.
Administration support: Our office manager will facilitate in-house client scheduling and manage all billing.
Equipment and Resources: Including company laptop and phone or IT allowance, and access to a range of online assessments and templates.
Strong and positive reputation: Maintain Independence Occupational Therapy is respected and established within our industry and regions.
Salary range of between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum plus super. Salary is dependent on prior experience and training.
Requirements
Who we are looking for:
An energetic, open minded occupational therapist who is passionate about providing person-centred, evidence-based assessments and intervention.
Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
We are open to casual, contract and part-time occupational therapists.
NDIS experience would be an advantage.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Valid Australian driver’s license and ability to use your own car for work purposes.
Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening (inclusive of Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check).
